This knitted throw blanket is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It is beautiful to look at, soft to the touch, and very well made. Looks like something your grandma might knit/crochet for you.EDIT: I loved this so so so much that I had to have one sent to my 37 year old daughter. She lives several states away from me and I knew she needed some Mama love in the form of this gorgeous (green for her) throw blanket. She was ecstatic when she received it and days later, she said she was carrying it around the house with her like a toddler with her blankie. I'd say it was a hit. I know my blue one still is with me.The blanket is darker blue than it appears in the photos I presented. I highly recommend this blanket.

I ordered the blue - royal blue, much like shown on screen. It's got a cotton feel (some throws are so polyester!) and it weighs enough to feel substantial. My new nap buddy :)

This cover actually exceeded my expectations, even though it is heavier than I had wanted. Still considered a light weight throw, the material is beautifully woven-( knitted ,crocheted ow whatever) . I ordered it in the teal cover, and it is truly a gorgeous , true teal. the price was EXCEPTIONAL at less than $30,00. This cover comes in other colors, and I am going back to order them all- if I don't use myself, they will make wonderful gifts. So glad I purchased.

I love this throw. It's my evening cuddle blanket. It has a soft natural feel to it with a slight stretch so I do feel bond up. When not in use it looks so nice on our new leather sofa.
