I loved the product but found a discrepancy in alignment between the sundial gnomon and the North marking on the compass baseplate. I contacted the manufacturer but received no answer to my email, so I was forced to return it.I may or may not reorder.

This was way better than i thought it would be. The box is as beautiful as the sundial. I bought 2 of these for my boys and they love it! I may buy more for a few family members that I know would love them too. It is also very affordable as well. I would recommend this to anyone. I'm vary happy with it.

This was a pretty piece, but I dropped it and the lid broke off. This was on a rug, not a hard floor, so it is not rugged. But I am ordering a replacement and will be more careful with it.

I bought this for my husband for an anniversary present but sadly it doesn't point North

I like it. The dial to the sun dial seems like it might quit standing up at some point, but over all we like it.

My 15 year old outdoor adventurer loves it. He orientates groups on 7 day hikes. I don’t know that it’s useful for guiding a group out of the backcountry (plus it’s heavy), but it’s a good looking nod to his adventuring spirit.

No inscription. Compass arrow headpointer reverses and points to south while tailend aligns with north ?????
