It really works...you sweat like a pig on a treadmill and if weight loss is what you are after, buy one!!

I like this vest and use ever time I'm doing my workout or out jogging.However, I take umbrage over misuse of the word Sauna (maybe other competitors are guilty of this too, I don't know, as this is first/only one I've bought). If this vest did not have the word SAUNA in its description then I would give it TEN STARS. See Pros and Cons below.PROS1] Very well made product. Very comfortable. Excellent zipper.CONSNone - except for word Sauna.LET ME EXPLAIN WHYI happen to train a lot. For more years than I care to remember when train outdoors. I got into the habit of wearing 2 or 3 undersized (normal) white vests. I literally have to squeeze into these vest because they are so tight. Consequently they fit smugly against my skin. Then on top of them I wear two tee-shirts and think jacket.Why am I telling all this? Because I feel no difference is sweat output between wearing tight and excessive clothes and the so-called 'sauna' vest.I also happen to be (before covid/lockdown 2020) a 2 or 3 times-a-week sauna man, so I can tell the difference between wearing too much clothe, this vest/product and a real sauna. And the vest is no sauna - full stop!!!If the makers are going to use the word sauna then they should 'add' something extra to create extra heat and not just body's trapped heat caused by the vest. Then need to do the research to find the right material to stitch into the garment to create a sauna effect (maybe tin foil??) But insofar I as I can tell the word 'sauna' is simply being used as marketing 'hook' to hook customers in, like me. (And do not forget that other manufacturers might be guilty too.) Since I stopped going to sauna because my local one did not reopen after lockdown ended, I purchased this item because of the word sauna and because it looked well made. So I'm very disappointed.That said. I love the vest because it is so well made and I will continue using it (so no more undersized white vests for me!) :-)WOULD I RECOMMEND YOU BUY IT: ABSOLUTELY YES! (but don't expect a 'sauna' effect; its just well made tight fitting vest)IS IT VALUE FOR MONEY: YES!

Even though this item is made with quality material,it doesn't have any sauna effect,also when having it on it makes your chest so puffy as if you have on fake boobs! Don't waste your money!!
