I buy whole beans and keep the bag contents as is, in separate mason jars. This coffee has a wonderful aroma and flavor, and it makes a strong espresso without bitterness if it is ground fine just before use.It makes a mild American-style coffee if it is ground coarser. Use 1 spoonful per person.

Love expresso but cannot sleep if drank in afternoon. These coffee beans decaffeinated with the Swiss water method give me a delicious flavorful expresso I can enjoy after dinner

I have tried several Swiss Water Decafs but most were "Bold" flavored and/or the taste wasn't what I wanted for the price. SUMATRA is not cheap either but I don't mind paying a little more if I really like something. I read all the wonderful reviews on it, saw that it was a Medium Roast/Bold Bodied and decided to try. This is my NEW FAVORITE!!! I love the taste and it's organic. There are no additives, preservatives or artificial flavorings. I always try to limit my intake of coffee so the 2 lb. bag of coffee beans will last a long time. I grind the beans and use in my Keurig. Read the reviews and decide for yourself. I LOVE IT!!!

I am hooked on their regular decaf medium roast. Somehow I ordered the Columbian decaf by mistake…..I’m so glad I made that mistake! It’s just as delicious as the other one I love…wonderful smell too. I think I am going to rotate between the 2 so I can enjoy them both in the future.

The coffee was supposed to be medium roasted, but it was way too burnt for medium. It was more like a dark roast.

I have tried a lot of bold decaf coffees in recent years, and this is the best of all of them. Swiss water process decaf is important, as no chemicals used to decaf. Very smooth, yet still a bold flavor, not too acidic, just perfect. Also nice packaging- easy to reseal.
