The Hee Haw Collection

I am glad i could find this for my mom and me to watch together. It brought back memories and laughter.

Grandma full on belly laughed watching these. Love that sound. I watched it with her. Brought back memories of old reruns.

When I was a child, we used to watch Hee Haw every Saturday night on TV. I'm glad these were available, as they brought back so many memories and laughs, not to mention young performances of Tammy Wynette, Conway Twitty, Merle Haggard and Loretta Lynn.

I grew up in the south with Hee Haw so this set brings back a lot of memories. I have now introduced the show to my Yankee partner, who seems to love it just as much as I do. The jokes are as corny today as they were back then, but funny all the same. The humor is clean and wholesome, with just a bit of naughtiness (or maybe just bawdiness) if you listen just right. Perhaps my favorite thing about the show is how much fun it looks like the entire cast is having. And, of course, the incredible performances by country's greatest acts, all at their peak. The quality of the DVDs is good. Not a lot of extras (none, really), but that's to be expected. Just wish that someone would release the entire series...

good series for those who remember the show

When I saw this website listing and the word 'collection' I thought it would be an extensive compilation of the old show. In the event, it was only a handful of shows which was a disappointment. Know 2 things about Hee Haw: 1-it lasted forever and you cannot get the entire collection logistically on a few disks; it takes a lot of them and would cost you a small fortune. 2-the show started in the ancient days of color TV. You will not be getting high def on the old shows unless they digitally enhanced them, which is costly and thus doubtful.

We loved it! Shared with young kids! They loved it! Great to be able to share something from my childhood with them. Good clean fun!

This "HEE HAW" DVD brings back so many memories; So much laughter; So many corny jokes and the greatest of music of the times. I'll play this many times, maybe not laugh as much the 100th time around, but I'll keep on playin' it.

Brought back many memories! The only complaint is one of the shows is repeated. If you love Buck Owen's this is for you.

This dvd has 5 different episodes about 1hr each. It was fun to see all the old actors/singers. The jokes back in the day were quite different! Brings you back in time. Great stuff

I love Hee Haw; pity most of the discs are so expensive. This one is affordable, and it is good, but it is old. The later shows were much better.
