The media could not be loaded. I wore these a lot in college and in high school for lifting performance & I would say they are still as good now. I do sleep better and I would agree that It helps with balance as I am not covered in bruises from bumping/ falling into things. I would recommend!

Since I have very small wristS, I was glad to be able to make it smaller to fit my wrist.

Didn't feel anything cuase it kept coming loose. Not pleased with this bracelet.

The bracelet fell off within a week of wearing it. The buttons do not fasten well at all. Sad to have lost it.

Only have had it a week or so. Putting it together to fit your wrist takes some getting used to. We shall see how it works out.
