Do not know 100% what it is I paid for!
Update: 1/4/17. I was hoping that I would get some kind of response or comment from the vendor that makes this product or by the seller but have not seen any response from either of them to my original review. Changing this product from a 3 star to a 1 because after having a few of my friends review this stuff they said it appears to be just a cream colored silicone caulk. Unless I can get some kind of information as to what this product is made of I will be asking for a refund. See original review below:I am only rating this product a 3 for now because I just recently applied it. The reason for the 3 rating for now is 2 things that people may be concerned with when buying this particular product. One, is the texture of the product. When I applied it, it seems like it is just a creamy colored highly based silicone product or one that is mostly silicone. Getting it cleaned off your fingers responds like having to deal with getting a highly based silicone product off your hands. Second, there is nothing on this tube of Lap Sealant that shows what the product is made of which takes me back to the first concern I have. If I do not know what the ingredients are how do I know it is not mostly made of silicone. If someone could give me some assurance as to the quality of this product over an extended period of time and what it is made of I would be glad to update this review with a more favorable rating. An internet search of this product does not come up with any major named brand stores or RV companies that carry this product which raises come concern. For now I will not know for a year or so of exactly what it is I purchased which puts me at a disadvantage as far as possibly getting a refund. ToughGrade Self-Leveling Lap Sealant, 4 Pack

For sealing up screws in the termination bars...
Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant, 4 Pack This caulking performs as it says it will. I did not use it to seal around the tape that I put on the edges of the RV roof or the fixtures on the roof, I only used it to seal over the new screws that I put in the termination bars around the edge of the roof. It self-levels very well and looks nice when it is done. As I alluded to in other reviews, I took the whole roof down to the original aluminum roof and sealed everything with the proper products before covering the whole thing with liquid EPDM roofing. This was one of the products that I used and it did as they said it would and looked good while doing it. The link is to what I actually used. The product picture listed here is not what I used. I used the Dicor self-leveling lap sealant.

Exactly the right product for galvanized trailer roof
After trying a number of alternative products to seal the seams of my galvanized panel metal utility trailer roof, I found this product. It comes in the right delivery method - large caulking gun tube - and flows just right. Just enough "leveling" to settle into any cracks and seams, but stiff enough to stay in place. It dries with a flexible, rubber-like feel, but with great adhesion. Edges seal down hard and sheds water great. I'll be shocked if it flakes off and potato chip curls like the other crap I have used, as it feels much more robust and industrial. Great stuff. Give it a try.

Renewed Seals on RV - Sealant Was Exactly What Was Needed
Used to reseal various portions of RV roof. 4 tubes were sufficient for our 19' trailer. We thoroughly washed the RV roof in advance, with special attention to scrubbing caulked areas, and then let it dry completely. Before applying the new sealant, we wiped each area with a cloth dipped in mineral spirits. The existing sealant was then very clean and slightly tacky. The new sealant was applied with caulking gun. We dabbed it on existing sealant - covered it completely at approximately 1/8 inch think. Somewhat like frosting a cake. It took my wife and I around 3 hours total, from initial cleaning to applying sealant. The sealant smoothed out by the next day and is somewhat pliable.Seals look very good now and our RV is ready for another season.

Stinky, sticky stuff. As the label warns, ...
Stinky, sticky stuff. As the label warns, use in a well ventilated space. Even outdoors with a slight breeze, the fumes when applied are strong. I have used this product for years on the same camper, 2003 model. It seems to last about 3-4 years before drying out and cracking take place. I remove what I can with a plastic putty knife to avoid cutting the EPDM roof , clean the area with mineral spirits, dry and re-apply the sealant. Fours tubes were just enough to seal the roof on our 30 foot fifth wheel camper.

Came in clutch!
Had a leak on my camper and I had to get it taken care of before I could take it out on the lake. Just what I needed fixed the problem quick at a great price.
