Works great
But it’s very heavy so if you’re traveling with it, not a good idea

Great alternative to foam roller for legs, arms, etc.
My hubby and I have benefited from various types of myofascial release exercises like foam rolling, massage, etc. But sometimes we find the self-treatment options a bit awkward. I've ended up more sore from some of the contortions I needed to get in to roll my upper thighs, forearms, etc. This roller solves some of that by allowing you to apply targeted myofascial release to anywhere that you can reach with the roller, and usually without assistance from a second person. For those who have never used one, this type of device is basically like a bumpy rolling pin. You hold both handles and roll it over a sore muscle and work it over knots and sore spots to break up/massage the underlying fascia and muscle. We have been training for a half marathon recently and are religiously using this to rollout our thighs, calves, etc. after particularly grueling training runs. The ability to do a quick, full-leg roll without crawling all over the floor with the foam roller and straining our wrists is amazing and helps us keep up the consistency. As far as build quality - this thing is solid. The massage surface rolls perfectly over the bar and the handles have a nice grippy texture that keeps them from slipping in your hands. It has a nice heaviness to it that gives me confidence that it will stand the test of time.Overall - great product and another to add to our growing collection of self-care devices that really work. Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves the outcome of foam rolling, but hates crawling around and basically doing awkward planks to get any pressure at all on the most important spots.

Relieves sore muscles
This is the same type of muscle roller that Physical Therapists use to help alleviate muscle aches due to surgery or overuse. It is easy to use and dice you determine the amount of pressure placed on the muscle roller you can adapt it to your nerds.

Sturdy, strong muscle roller. I dig it!
I first experienced one of these at physical therapy for a bad hip. Ouch, was it uncomfortable ... but kind of in a good way.As I exercise frequently, I often have some muscle soreness here and there. With this handy roller, I can work out the lactic acid pretty well. It has numerous segments that help make it more effective. In other words, it's not like using a rolling pin on your muscles. The contours help hit the right spots.I have no worries about using too much force/torque on this, as it's very sturdy.Very pleased with this one.

Great for rolling out tight muscles
I hurt my knee several months ago and have been in PT for weeks. One of the best things they do is roll out my IT band and hamstrings. They get really tight from all the hobbling around I do.Having a muscle roller at home is great for keeping my muscles stretched and loose when I'm not at PT. I do wish the handles didn't have little spikes on them. It makes it a bit uncomfortable to hold.

Great Aggressive Massage Stick/Roller
The roller/massage stick is just over 17" long. The handles are 4" and the roller section contains nine 1" sections. Each of the sections are ridged and move independently of each other. The hard plastic handles has little nibs providing grip but on some of them there is extra plastic from the manufacturing that's a bit sharp. It's relatively easy to remove this with your fingernail or a knife. This is the only negative thing about it.The ridged sections provide a more aggressive massage than a foam covered roller that I have been using prior to this. This for me is great and is now my primary roller

Great quality roller stick at a reasonable price!
This is the “NuRich Muscle Roller and Body Myofascial Trigger Point Release Massage Stick.” It’s an excellent muscle roller with spinning plastic rollers than freely rotate. I might prefer foam as you can unintentionally bruise yourself with these things, but these spin so well because they’re plastic and makes it easy to roll out muscle knots. It’s lightweight and not too big, certainly portable for travel if need be. I have no complaints and am completely satisfied with the quality and price. Definitely recommend.
