Very durable quality, which is what exercise equipment should be, but you'd be surprised how many exercise gadgets like this are inferior quality. This product has been used every single day for nine months so far and is showing any signs of fatigue or damage. I definitely recommend this for your exercise regimen. I personally used this for my multiple sessions of 21 day fix regimen as well as routine daily exercises.

I had purchased some resistance bands before. But some of them have "hard plastic" handles. Every time I do a curl, it would hit against my wrist and make the area sensitive. I had 15lbs ones from a BeachBody program I'd ordered before. And knew this maker (Go Fit) for this particular model uses "strap" like handle area. (Please be advised, I am not talking about the grip. I mean the areas that grip is built around). So, I bought them (a 25lbs one and a 30lbs one). And once again, I am able to work out without causing any discomfort to my wrist. I hope they make more lbs options available.

I got one of these last year and the rubber handle which looks and feels so durable, ripped after using it for a while. Thinking it was a fluke, I bought one in January to take with me to a work related trip and after 2 weeks of using it, the rubber handle ripped at the seams again. It's not durable.

Got these to add some more dimension to my home workout routine, to supplement my pullup bar, dumbbells, etc.Turns out I made the right choice! These things offer a great amount of resistance for a wide variety of exercises, and affixing it to the door jamb increases the versatility of the band. Very good product, may end up buying an additional one with lesser resistance to allow more switch-ups during my routine.

Just as described. Quality product. Based on the quality I expect it to last a very long time.

just another step in the strength training to rehab both of my rotator cuffs. these resistance tubes are easier to use than weights due to their simplistic design. if you are in physical therapy, ask your therapist about these tubes.

Very good quality product with comfy foam handles - I find the standard straps on other bands cut into my hands. However, forget using this along with EA Sports Active, unless you have exceptionally large hands, as you won't be able to hold the handles and the remotes in the correct position for it to recognise your exercises.For use for standard workouts, and for travelling, I would recommend it. Mine came with a DVD but most of the moves were gym based where you attach the band to something or wrap it round a solid object, so unless you have that in your living room you are a bit stuck.This is the lowest resistance they have and I find it fine for me weighing 9 stone and reasonably fit but you'd need to go up the resistance and colours if you are fitter.

Good stuff ... convenient and powerful. A work out gym that fits in my briefcase / suitcase so I can work out wherever I go!

I am reasonably fit, but could only use it for half the exercises in my Senior Areobics routine. I am too weak for it!

A great bit of kit for travel or to warm up the shoulders before the gym.
