I saw this bike on amazon and it didn't have very many reviews, but I decided to give it a try.The bikes came in large boxes and seemed a little overwhelming to put together at first, but once you get the parts out of the box, the process of assembly becomes clearer, and it was able to put the bike together in about 45 minutes, and this was taking my time and going very slowly just to make sure everything was right.As for the bike itself, it rides pretty well. I'm a heavy set guy so I purchased the 500w. I will say, I expected the motor to be a little bit stronger, as the bike cannot get me up a hill with the motor alone. But with that being said, I didn't buy the bike to not have to pedal, I bought an e-bike to help me pedal on very long bike rides, and in that aspect it very much succeeds. My wife and I purchased 2 of these bikes, and we have been enjoying them very much. The battery life seems decent, and the bikes are of sufficient quality. We are happy with our purchase so far. We have had these bikes for about 3 weeks now. I will update my review if anything happens to change my thoughts on the product.

This is my first e-bike and I didn't want to brake the bank . For the money I spent,I'd say it's a great buy. It's my daily driver to and from the train to work. It's also my biggest toy. I've added some accessories to make it a custom 1 of a kind bike.(mirrors,horn,extra headlight,bike rack and a small trailer). I reccomend tightening down all nuts and bolts before and after the first ride. I would also reccomend you read the entire description on Amazon because it's the only place it tells you how to take off the speed restricter(push the + and - while in high speed mode for 2 seconds and you're good)Don't look for that info in the owners Manuel or YouTube. Another secret they don't share is if you're in pedal assist on high speed you don't have to pedal like crazy. Just keep the pedals moving and the p.a.s will stay on.

I have been a life long bicycle rider - with a brief hiatus for about 10 years. I'm 47 now. My wife and I had nice road bikes that we stopped using when we moved to a place with lots of hills.We moved again... and they got stoled out of or yard. Boooo!I've been on the prowl for a replacement bike for a while when I was turned onto the One-Wheel. It looks nice but with a price tag of $2,000+ - no way. I was intrigued by it's electric power when I had the bright idea of getting an electric bike. I had seen a couple go by in my neighborhood and they looked fun, and fast.Now with gas prices going up as much as they are my big V8 truck was costing me a lot of money to just run errands around town. My hardware store is only 2 miles. Honestly, I can get to Safeway and back faster than in my truck because I don't have to park and go in (I pull my bike inside) and as soon as I leave the door, my fancy electric bike will whisk me away, no walking back to my parked vehicle, no waiting for traffic.Shipping: It shipped very fast and I had my bike in only a few day.Assembly: I know bicycles, so assembly was very quick as nearly everything is preassembled - it's just taken apart for shipping. Handlebars on, front wheel on, attach pedals, connect connections, tighten all allen heads for safety and your ready to go - as soon as you charge the battery. Very simple.ALL the tools you will need for assembly are included. As well as some you won't need unless you are servicing the bike and need metric tools.Instructions: Poorly worded instructions translated into English. Pics are so-so. But if you know anything about bicycles, it's a breeze.Size: The bike is a real nice size. I am 5' 11" and it fits me well. My wife is shorter, 5' 6", and she can stand over the top bar no problem.I like how the handlebars are adjustable up for someone who wants to sit taller.I also like how the brakes have pre-threaded holes for a mirror or accessory that can thread into the brakes.I like how the brakes are - Left hand, front. Right hand, back. I have another bike that is reversed and i do not like it at all.Overall impression: I love it. Cruise around pedaling with 15% of the effort of cycling. Or use the throttle and don't pedal at all, just coasting along quietly.My very first ride was from my town to the next town - about 7 miles one way. I had charged the bike the night before and was ready to go the next morning. I had not cycled ANY in over 10 years and I was wondering how I would do on this long ride. I did consider cancelling, but I was optomistic and went for it. Not sure of the battery life (although it's specified in the description) I pedaled there on medium. It was an easier ride than I've every had. I did my business in town, stopped to say "Hi!" to my Mom and show off my new toy, and was back on the road for the ride back. My battery still showed full - so I decided to return home with the bike on High and see what it could do. - IT. WAS. AWESOME. Never before had I made that ride so quickly and I was not more than slightly winded after pedaling the entire way back. Ok, not the entire way, when I got tired I twisted the throttle to keep my speed, and rested my legs. It was quick and easy.I highly recommend this bike. U wanna get somewhere without using your vehicle? This is it. Get some sunshine! Get outside! Feeling tired... no problem! This bike has your back and will take you where you want to go with just a twist of the throttle or a spin of the pedals.

Love it, it does the job get you there pretty quick goes up hill's quick, it will go between 15 MPH in low, medium will do 22 MPH, high about 33 MPH, about 40+ miles on a charge no problems got it in April 2021, love it, I am 65 years young!!

This e-bike is built around mountain bike frame. Overall construction feels like it's built around low cost bike which explains the low price. Front suspension fork is not the sturdiest but functional. Battery doesn't stay put and sometimes falls out when going over bumps. Ended up taping it to the frame.If you are looking for low cost e-bike this will do the job.

It was well packaged and very easy to assemble, in YouTube, search for the title: "Electric bicycle installation video-45 (US)". You will see a video made by Vivi of how to assemble this bike, you just follow the steps and can assemble it very easily. All the tools came with it.-This electric bike has a 500W motor, 48v 12.5ah, that means strong enough to go uphill very easily without hard paddling, or you can use paddle assist mode without sweating. The battery lasts for quite a long time, it's a great bike!!-Long press the "+" key for two seconds to turn on/off the light. This bike also fits 5ft 3" person easily.-Please make sure you have proper gears (helmets, gloves etc) because it's a very powerful bike.If you are looking for a powerful electric bike with a reasonable price range, try this one, I definitely recommend it.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The bike charged lasted about 18 miles with minimal pedaling the one time I tried. Even with maximum peddling it last only about 20. . So peddle me not. Great customer service. We had an issue and they where their to help.

I wrote to the seller that the battery was defective and he did not answer me. i need the battery asap. you are irresponsible 😡do not serve with salesman I am extremely upset with this situation.
