After seeing a high school freshman at school doodling with these in her free time, I bought these for our 12 yr old niece. She loves them! The 125 count lasts a long time. There's something very satisfying about using the wooden stylus to smoothly scrape away the dark coating to create drawings/designs or eventually clear the entire square to leave behind the colorful page underneath.

I bought these for my daughter. She's an artist, and she asked for them specifically. These M&D ones really are the best. They're about the size of a large Post-it and you get so many of them! We buy similar scratch sheets via the kits at Michael's because that's the only way you can get them locally. Those are bigger, about half the size of a sheet of paper. But they're also thinner, and you only get between 4 and 6 for the same price as these. And there's so much you can do with them. She uses them for her art projects, but also just for leaving notes. It's so much fun! Yes, a little messy with the shavings, but still fun.

These are nice, nostalgic but ONLY ONE wooden dowel, a few more would be great.

I bought this for myself because I enjoyed this type of “doodling” when I was younger - and then I decided to get 2 extra boxes and made up “Take Care of YOU” stress relief gift bags for my coworkers. We are essential workers, working for the Department of Corrections and the Pandemic has taken its toll on us. These are VERY relaxing to do and I love that if you make a mistake, you can correct it and continue designing. I will definitely get more when they run out!UPDATE! 8/42020 - I have read many, many comments about this product! All I can say after making 21 stress relief bags for my coworkers - all I have heard back from them is THANK YOU - these are so fun! Yes, there are some that have more of one color instead of the “rainbow” expectation - but consider how it is made! Inking up a huge piece of canvas with all the colors - and then cutting into small squares- you are BOUND to get a square of dominant color with minimal additional colored mixed in with your multi-color squares! Come on people! We are talking about a post-it size card to doodle on in the fashion it was intended for - scratch and enjoy! For the price of less than $16.00 - I brought joy and stress relief and appreciation to 21 coworkers with a homemade cut off wooden skewer and 10 fun cards - heck - my 3 y/o grandson is over the moon about theses - no matter what color shows up! Get a grip people!

My daughters love these! The pack holds so many pieces of paper so they keep on using it. It does come with a tiny wooden stick to draw. My daughter did lose the stick but used a toothpick instead or a dull pencil worked too. It is "satisfying" as my kids say. When you draw all these colors show up. It is also great for road trips.

I actually bought these to write inspiring or funny notes to the staff at my school during hard days. They have been a huuuge hit! Fun to design, and equally as fun to receive. They have been the talk of the lunch room, and have proven to be a big boost during the hard days. I have also used them with my kindergarten students, and they love playing wth them too! Super versatile with bright, vibrant colours.

Got these as a stocking filler for my daughter. She loves them and so easy to use her little sister has had a go.The colours really come through when scratched and can make cute little cardsDefinitely think I’ll be getting asked for more when they run out but that won’t be anytime soon as there are so many in the pack.Definitely a big hit, love them!!!!

Great item, but much smaller than I thought. It’s post-it sized paper. Only one pen/scratcher.
