This has been in our home for 4years. I have an electric wheelchair that I inevitably ram into it every day, multiple times a day- it’s still sturdy! 10/10

The pieces don't all line up perfectly. Very slight. Overall, I'm grateful I purchased it.

I absolutely LOVE this piece. It was not difficult to assemble, true enough it only required a Phillips head screw driver outside of everything else that was included. I hesitated on making this purchase because of the customer reviews, but decided to do it anyway. Because of the reviews, I had the advantage of checking for damages to each piece, the instruction manual, and each bag from the parts and hardware lists. Everything was there and the instructions were very customer friendly. As for the fully assembled piece, LOVELY! The wood is not particle board, the black paint and shine are luscious, and the shelving and base fit perfectly. Even down to the metal hooks, all eight screwed in nicely and feel snug enough to hang coats of all weights. I put a planter on the middle shelf where the draw is and it really add appeal and quaintness to the space. Would and may buy again for an office.

So, we found the missing pieces and I updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. My frustration is that between Amazon and the Manufacturer, I was unable to contact any one for help.It is a beautiful, sturdy piece of furniture, BUT after it was nearly completely put together, we found that the screws to attach the clothing hooks are missing. All I want is to get those 16 screws, but my only choice is to disassemble and return. Then reorder. I do not see any way to contact the mfg or distributor to get the missing parts. Amazon, PLEASE HELP.

This is exactly what I needed. I'm alway in a rush and hate having to put my coat on a hanger and back in the closet when I know I'll be pulling it out again very soon. I also hate just throwing it on the nearest flat surface.This allows me to neatly get rid of my coat, hat, gloves and even my handbag without throwing those things where they don't belong.You do have to pay attention to number markings on the various SIMILAR pieces, so 1 doesn't go where 4 is supposed to go etc.

It was pretty easy to assemble, once you don't fully tighten the bolts before getting every single one lined up first; was however missing one bolt, but didn't affect the sturdiness of the rack.Very attractive and modern looking. Seems to be REAL WOOD, certainly is very solid and smells that way. Fits perfectly in our tiny entrance space in a corner, but being in a corner means that we can only use 4 hooks Lol... didn't think that one through very well before purchase!.Also the hanging coats tend to cover the first shelf, so got to stick my hand through and feel around for my car keys... Too lazy to put anything that I use on a daily basis on the second and third shelves, cause it would take too much effort to reach em!

when the item arrived the box was pretty banged up, but it was packed adequately enough that none of the pieces were damaged. It came with assembly instructions (contrary to what others have said), but honestly it seemed pretty straightforward to me even without. The rack has a lot of sturdy hooks and is extremely stable. Right now I'm hanging 2 hiking poles, a camera tripod, 4 umbrellas, 3 coats, a hooded sweatshirt, a purse AND a backpack with a laptop in it with no issues. Finish is attractive without scratches or blemishes, and the shelves are strong and easy to access. I'm very happy with this purchase, especially at this price point.

Looks really nice and is sturdy. Hand to do a little sanding to screw the posts together so they would fit tight. Had a little chip in it but a little shoe polish and it went away. If not for those two things it would definitely received 5 stars.
