The heater blended in with our fireplace very well. Heat has two levels and that can be set by the remote controller or a button on the front top corner. The artificial fire has multiple modes and looks beautiful. The only thing is I ordered size 34'' and I realized it is a little smaller than my fireplace opening. I contacted with seller and seller is very helpful and get my problem solved.

quick fix
I had a very old electric fireplace with heater that went on the blink after 15 plus years . I liked the cabinet and was having a hard time finding something new that was like my old one. This insert was so easy to install and made me old fireplace new again! Great product

Lovely fireplace, beautiful colors
I replaced it existing electric fireplace and it’s perfect! I love how it looks. It is just beautiful. Just be sure to measure the height and width. correctly as the insert will fit perfectly into your opening. You won’t have to be concerned about the depth because it’s not deep at all. Beautiful fire, beautiful colors. I am so pleased.
