Design issues
I think the best things about this mobility wheelchair is the fact that it is fold up and ways only 45 lb however it has some design issues that were meant to be an asset. For instance the left hand armrest does not secure very well and it was meant to be that way to allow access in and out of the wheelchair without obstruction however it causes problems when the wheelchair accidentally bumps into things in the armrest pops out of its support. Same thing with the footrest if you accidentally bump into a door the footrest wants to pop up and that makes the wheelchair start to fold up with you crunched up inside of it. It's easy to get out of this awkward position by just pushing back hard on the rear of the unit. Also some of the plastic around the footrest has come off and broken off into little pieces which is sticking to the linoleum on the floor. Also there could have been more storage space configured into the unit and the cup holder should have been included with the price and not extra. The battery works great and is very powerful so far after 6 months of use it seems to be holding on very well. Customer service doesn't seem to respond very well. I lost the user's manual right after I received the unit and I've asked them three times to send me another copy three times they have promised to do so but I still have not received any new copy. Granted I had an address change during this time but on the last request they had my new address and I still didn't receive a new copy of the manual. The seat could have been a little thicker. Nevertheless overall I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Reliable, comfortable
Hubby uses this product indoors, while he has a standard electric wheelchair in courtyard and garage. This product is not quite as maneuverable as his other chair, but is close to it. It also is very eye-pleasing.

Comfort plus
The seat of the wheelchair is very comfortable. The joystick control is very sensitive but did not long for me adjust. Love the folding feature so it fits well in car.

Easy to operate for any any age- lightweight for transport in vehicle!
My mother broke her hip several months ago, though she can use a walker her ambulatory skills limited. This chair has increased her mobility and quality of life.

Strong and dependable but many cosmetic flaws
Frame and mechanics are of good quality. It performs as advertised. I weigh in 243lbs and have no problems with the performance limits or inclines. Grass and gravel are not a problem. Sand and mud can be a challenge even with a 4x4ATV so don’t ask. The Battery is durable and long lasting (3.25x 6.5 inches) but I still carry my charger in case I need. The battery is mounted underneath the chair and not in the frame as I expected. The quilted leather seat cushion that is highly advertised becomes flat and wrinkles- I had to replace it with a good memory foam. Pleather- Not real leather. The worst flaw I experienced is the foot rest is made of low quality foam and it fell apart within two weeks. missing items; light, anti-tipping wheels, side pouch. I am absolutely un-happy with my purchase.

Drives too fast for old people and customer service is non-existent
We bought this for my elderly mother who is no longer able to walk. It felt too fast when she got into it, even after adjusting the speed to it's slowest setting, but we thought maybe it was just something to get used to. It's not. It's too fast to maneuver indoors through paths and around furniture. We have made several attempts to contact ComfyGo to see if we can slow it down or return it but no one ever responds - not to email, not to chat, and not to phone calls. We even tried contacting them on their facebook page and yet no one ever responds or picks up the phone. So now we have a $2400 chair/coat hanger. Let our experience be a warning to you. Go try a wheelchair in person before you plunk down thousands of dollars for it.
