I’m glad they come in a pack of 25. The string gets stuck in the mechanism and brakes. It would be better the cord was either coated or made of something stronger entirely. I would gladly pay more for better quality.

I bought a bunch of these for my co-workers to have and they have held up pretty well. Everyone that has one likes it. I took off a star because I feel that this badge holder doesn't need the extra spring steel belt clip on the opposite side of it. If you are looking for a decent carabiner style ID holder than you are not going to want to use a belt clip. Could have 5 stars if they just removed it. Just my $0.02Pros:Price per unit is lowTwist free feature is great and keeps the badge from flipping around on you while displaying it at work.Cons:The spring steel belt clip on the back of this holder is useless and can snag on things.

Honestly my fault that I didn't read that this was a 25-pack, but honestly since the quality has been pretty good so far the value you're getting is great.I use this retractable holder daily for keycards and some keys on a ring, so not a terribly heavy load. So far no issues with how smooth it retracts, haven't hit any snags or tangles, and the holder itself feels sturdy enough to last a while.You may want to look elsewhere if you need to hold onto more than a handful or keys or heavier things since these small holders may not support that weight.A good deal for buying these in bulk for the workplace, or keeping a ton in reserve.

An okay product. The 1st one broke soon after first use, but we have 24 more to use. The 2nd one seems to be lasting longer
