The product is defective. Want return.
The charging lead is not working. It's not charging. Also when the product arrived, on charging there was a mold smell felt and some kind of sparking observed.

A great winter partner.
I use it for aches and pains. But being in North india, its cold and it works as a bed warmer and keeps my feet warm and helos me sleep better. a must have if you have trouble sleeping, the warmth just gives you a sound sleep. during the day, its near my feet keeping it warm as i do my work.
