One neck of a bike, old or young.
Wow! This is a great Bike! I took it out on the grass to practice since I'm seventy years old. I figured on falling since it had been 41 years since I had ridden a bike. Sure enough I did fall! No broken bones just my little pride before my wife of fifty years and a couple of good friends. But the good news is ! I got back on again and rode until I was built up with confidence that I could do this! I did and the next day I took it out on a bike trail: Man did I have fun! I kicked in the electric motor while riding and felt like I had turbo boost. What a Bike!!!!

Good value for money but you get what you pay for
I wasn't 100% sure how much use I would get out of an e-bike so I didn't want to spend $2500+ and have it sit in the garage unused for months. I also wanted to be able to transport it to interesting places to cycle that were out of range. This solved the problem - it's affordable and it's foldable.PRO's:AffordableNot too uglyFun to rideFolds to fit in small spaces (see picture). The trunk of my sedan is tiny (it holds a subwoofer that robs it of 30% of the space) and I was hoping the bike would fit so I don't have to mess around with a rack. It fits - just - if I disconnect the handlebarsSpeed is decent and enough power to get up hills (requires pedal assistance for really steep hills)Gear mechanisms seem good so farComes with extras such as a lightCON's:Bike is heavy - I can lift it into a trunk but it's a bit unwieldy for one personRange - I haven't used it enough to know for sure but the range indicators do seem to go down pretty quickly so I am not confident it has a ton of range - I need more testingBuild quality is so-so - the nuts and screws strip pretty easily and the paint is very thin (I ordered the black bike) but it gets the job doneAssembly instructions are useless and you need to go to YouTube to see how to do it rightSaddle is like getting a colonoscopy each time you ride - I swapped it for a cushier oneOverall if you are looking for a cheap e-bike that gets the job done and can stow away in small spaces this is a good choice. If you're looking for a lightweight bike that will last you several years you probably need to look somewhere else and spend a good deal more money.I am happy overall - I got pretty much exactly what I expected for what I paid.

Super fun
We are older adults and purchased as Christmas gifts to ourselves. Bikes came mostly put together. Took a bit to figure out how to get the handle bars on the first one. But easy on the second one. Bikes are a little heavier than I expected. They take a little getting use to riding. Definitely make riding up hill easy peasy. Battery last a long time. Easy to charge. Bikes came quickly and well packaged. We love them.

It’s a good bike at a great price. Don’t be afraid to buy it. Good customer service too!
This bike is a great value! The bike arrived in good condition. It’s well packaged in one large box. Everything was in perfect condition showing no scratches of scuffs. The instructions need some work, but still it’s easy to assemble using included tools. Front wheel, seat, pedals and the handlebar assembly installation was all that was needed. There’s plastic fenders, a headlight and reflectors included too. All easy assembly. This is my first electric bike purchase so I did email questions to their customer service (in China). I received prompt and helpful responses overnight. Very good customer service, so no worry there. They said the instructions are being updated, so maybe they’ll improve. One thing I did learn in the process is that the charge indicator bars on the bike display may show fully charged, but it’s not. If you leave it on the charger for a few more hours, the light on the charger will change from red (charging) to green (fully charged). The battery lasts a long time and the motor has plenty of power. This bike performs as well or better than a few others I’ve tried and it’s half the price! I highly recommend this bike.

Greatest Gift I have ever given myself.
Absolutely Love this bike. I am almost 61 years old and just took up riding a bicycle 3 years ago and am hooked. I love riding and have actually been surprising myself on how good I have been getting on big hills but as I am getting older, have Asthma and I was avoiding very large hills I thought I’d look into a peddle assist bike. Well No Need to avoid hills ever again. I Love this Ebike much more than I thought. The fact that the peddle assist is available if/when I need it makes all my rides so much more enjoyable. The farthest that I’ve rode in 3 years WAS 15 miles and now with my amazing Vivi Ebike I am planning on a 25-30 mile bike ride and cannot wait to get on my bike every opportunity the weather allows. The battery is great and lasts long, especially if only using as needed. I even left it outside (covered) for 2 cold nights and the battery maintained the charge much better than I thought it would.I choose to push myself as much as possible by using the peddle assistance as little as possible but it’s nice to know if I need it for a tough hill or if I actually ride further than I am able to ride back that I have the assistance to get home.I have been showing off and recommending my new Vivi to everyone I know because it is the greatest gift I’ve purchased for myself.

Confortable supportive ride - pleased with the purchase.
Purchased two bikes, and both timely arrived and are as advertised. Assembly was not difficult, but instructions rather sketchy. Not mentioned is how to turn on the light, which is accomplished by pressing the high speed elec button for about 2 seconds. On flat pavement, it appears that low electric assist propels to about 8 mph, medium to about 12 or 13, and high to about 18 mph. Elec population starts by peddling or by twisting a portion of the right handlebar and stops when a brake is applied on peddling stops. Don't know about range, yet. They provide a comfortable ride. I was able to get both folded bikes into the back seat of a full size car. They are somewhat heavy to pick up, and the electrical system interferes with wireless speedometers/computers; so, a wired unit should be purchased.
