Loreto Spanish Olives Sliced Green, 15.17 oz / 430 g

I ordered the sliced olives online for the first time and it came out so good. They taste so fresh and can be used while making pizza or any other Italian dish at home. It can be used for healthy snacking so overall I am happy with the experience.

I bought this olives already few times and was super happy with it!The last time I ordered a pack of 3 and they were not packed properly, got broken in the box and I received a wet box with 3 broken jars of olives.Was contacting Amazon costumer service asking to exchange for the same product as it arrived broken and the lady I spoke to told me that's a nonrefundable item, so I can throw it away and they'll refund me in 48 hours so I can order it again, I just need to call again in 48 hours.When I called again 48 hours later they were asking another picture, they said my picture isn't enough and they need another one.Was explaining a thousand times that I no longer have the package, because I threw it away after the CS lady told me to do so and that's the only picture I've got!No explanation was helping, Amazon costumer service was not taking responsibility for their own mistakes and I didn't get any refund nor a properly packed and sealed item as food product should arrive!Super disappointed from Amazon costumer service!
