HDMI KVM Switch 2 Port Dual Monitor Extended Display 4K @30Hz, DEPZOL Dual View PC Monitor Keyboard Mouse Selector Box with Audio Microphone Output and USB 2.0 Hub for Computers and Laptop

I use this product to switch between an HP laptop and a Lenovo desktop. I purchased this product to replace a KVM switch that used a VGA monitor connection and PS2 mouse and keyboard. That switch was still working, but the Lenovo PC running Windows 10 did not support the PS2 mouse and keyboard. I purchased this KVM switch to switch 2 monitors and the keyboard and mouse plus an external drive and USB stick. In my case I only had one HDMI connection on my PC and a HDMI to Displayport connection on my laptop. One monitor has VGA and DVI connections and the other monitor has VGA, DVI and HDMI. I attempted HDMI to VGA connectors between the one monitor and both PCs, but that did not work for me. I am currently able to switch one monitor, the keyboard and mouse, the external drive and the USB stick. This switch is working great for that. It is easy to use. The remote switch works great and so do the keyboard switch commands, but I find I use the mouse switch button the most. Even thought I'm only able to switch one of the monitors, being able to switch the other items had made this switch well worth the cost and ease of installation.

Displays simply stay black indefinitely when I turn it on even though displays are fine when directly connected to display and the sound comes through. Manual is useless. Can't find any customer support information.

I have the following set up - HP Desktop Win 10 with I5 cpu. Lenovo laptop E15 on a docking pad. Two Acer 24" monitors. Could never make the keyboard and mouse work properly. Was able to switch monitors back and forth between the 2 PCs but that was all.

This product works well when switching between displays, but its hotkey feature appears to disable my keyboard input and I have to turn it off. This isn't too big of a deal for me since I can use the switch just fine without the hotkeys enabled. The one really annoying thing is that the switch has a low humming from the 3.5mm headphone jack and it seems to be caused by the cables that came with the switch.

Perfect gadget that makes switching between machines a breeze. I am in love with how this changed my setup!

AWFUL sound feedback coming through the switch. can hear the computers through my headphones. Terrible. Refund.

Hangs on the mouse sometimes; would not buy again.

Works well to connect both my work laptop and my home desktop PC to my dual monitors. Switches between the two seamlessly.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This product was exactly what I was after, my problem was having a desktop PC and a laptop with 2 monitors, 1 keyboard and 1 mouse (keyboard and mouse are wireless) so I was looking for something to switch between the laptop (using USB-C and another dock) and the PC which this does, take a look at the video - you can also set it up with a remote switch if you don’t have access to the base switch but there is an even better feature which allows you to double click the roller wheel on the mouse and switch between Laptop, monitors, keyboard and mouse or pc, monitors, keyboard and mouse at the click of a button!...highly recommended.

I need KVM to optimally use my two PCs. This unit looks fine on paper, however it doesn't work. The best it could to was showing only one PC and only one monitor at 4k60, the second monitor could only work at 1080p. Without the device, my both monitors connected directly to one of computers worked fine both @ 4k60. It looks like this device is not powerful enough to do what is claiming. When switching to second computer I would see nothing on the screens. Only USB switching worked consistently, but there are much cheaper devices to switch USB. I am very disappointed. I wasted a lot of time trying to make it work, even bough another set of DP cables to rule out bad cabling. I'll be returning it.

I needed a switch to replace an older Lindy unit I had as I now had dual monitor output to help reduce the clutter on my desk. This unit was ideal - supports dual monitors for the 2-port switch and came with all the cables required - I already had HDMI cables from the monitors to the switch no additional cables needed for me.The unit worked well and there is a slight delay of a couple of seconds as you switch between the two ports. Audio and video clear on both channels and there was no need for any additional software or plugging cables in sequence to get it to work.Had it for several months and then I noticed that it would drop the USB hub which meant restarting the bug and connected docking station. no biggie but annoying after a while. I contacted their customer support and followed their advice on resetting the switch. Again worked for a short while but the problem came back. After switching cables around it looked like the issue might have been one of the supplied cables so ordered a replacement from Depzol (couldn't get the same cables anywhere else). When I informed their customer support they said, as the cable was their fault they would replace the cable free of charge even though I'd already ordered it! So cable on its way and no fees - great customer service.While having the issues I did look at another dual monitor KVM switch but that wouldn't display on the second monitor no matter what sequence I connected the cables. So a rugged little unit with great customer service will always get my vote.Works like a charm with full 4K display and gaming keyboard.

Now had this running for 2 weeks between my Dell Latitude 8370 work laptop and my custom made desktop PC at home. Both are Windows 10 machines. I also have a Linux laptop which is an older Dell Latitude one that also works on the KVM switch.This KVM does exactly what it says it does. It quickly and problem free switches between my home PC and work laptop and so far i have not seen any issues with the 2 screens or the mouse and keyboard.The only problem or issue is that the dedicated mouse and keyboard usb ports did not work for me. the keyboard port worked fine with a cabled keyboard, but the cabled mouse did not. putting the mouse into the front USB port did solve that but i felt i then wasted ports. In the end I turned off the hot key so all 3 USB ports are regular USB-A 2.0 ports and I use my Dell wireless dongle at the front of the switch and nothing and my webcam at the back. I also make use of the remote control to swap between computers.Based on my 2 weeks experience, if you require a dual screen for 2 computers to switch between, this product does the job perfectly.

Overall, I'm very pleased with this. What was especially nice was that I could put a Logitech unifying wireless usb dongle in the front USB slot and can share my wireless keyboard and mouse across the 2 machines. It's quite small and light so when you have 6 hdmi cables in the back of it, it's a struggle to get it to sit flat. I've not been able to get the hot key combination to work, but it's only 6 inches from my keyboard so I've haven't invested much time into trying to resolve that issue. I look forward to a usb-c thunderbolt version at some future date. Especially if it's 1 in and 2 out.
