Same shirt as the Port Authority brand shirt, but more expensive.
I like this shirt fine, however, it is exactly the same as the Port Authority polo shirt Port Authority Women's Silk Touch Polo M Banana, which is $7 cheaper, so save yourself some money. The only difference is the label. I had purchased one of each to see which one I liked better... That being said, the material is lightweight, and a little sheerer than I hoped for, but a great summer shirt that seems to keep most of the wrinkles at bay. Nice relaxed fit and very comfy. Sized generously.

Sizing is off
I like the color and style of the shirt, but it is a very roomy extra large, actually too large and too long. Also it is mostly polyester so it did not shrink. It is a little warmer than cotton would be. The picture matched what I received: brown shirt/brown buttons. I ordered some more expensive cotton polo shirts that showed a shirt with matching buttons, and when I received the product the buttons were white, and the shirts shrunk considerably in the dryer.

Very Mixed Experiences
I ordered two of these shirts. One was a medium. The color ran and was blotchy after a couple of washes. The other was an extra large. The color stayed pretty much true after many washings. Can't really even guess why the two were so completely different but would have given separate reviews of a 1 star and a 5 star. Thus a compromise of a 3 star.

Fit like a man's polo
I bought a couple of these polos because they have actual sleeves, not the little capped versions on most I see. They are actually well-made and have a nice fabric weight. However, they are too large even after a couple of washings, and are also too long in the shoulder. My hunch is that they are built on a man's fit and just sized down for women. I golf and won't wear them to a tournament, but love the loose fit and wear them to kick around.

Nice Shirt!
I bought this for my wife. (We both are middle aged and FAT.)We are professional symphony orchestra musicians and we use these shirts with black slacks, socks and shoes for outdoor Pops concerts. She does not normally wear these tucked in because of her preferred pants. They have been reviewed as running a bit small, and I was worried that after a few washings hers would have shrunk just enough to make her look silly. I bought her one size too large. She can wear a man's XX shirt but they are way too long. This one (a female 4X) fit her very well in both girth and length. (She is 5'6" tall.) This is short enough to wear untucked if you have to, but is still a little bit long. She is getting some new pants that will allow her to tuck her shirt in and not look "funny".Her only complaint is that it is too thin. You can see her white bra through the shirt pretty easily. She had to wear a sleeveless chemise-looking thing for the sake of modesty.Other than that the shirt looks GREAT on her and it fits well in the very large sizes if you go up one size. It is cut and assembled well and made of nice quality cloth. It is just a bit thin. She said that for the price it was worth wearing the chemise. We needed it in a hurry because she had ripped her old one and we had a concert coming up very soon. We live in an area where there is nothing for her, size-wise save for Lane Bryant, and ours did not have *any* polo shirts when we went.I paid a lot for "expedited shipping" and it arrived in about four days, which was on the first day of the window for delivery. So she got it a day before she needed it. (The window was from a Thursday to a Monday). That was great. The shipper did a good job getting it to us when we needed it. However, it was about the same cost as the shirt itself. And that total was the same price as the LL Bean polo she bought online. However, the LL Bean did not arrive when we needed it.So, this shirt is thin, fits very well if you go up a size (for dem big wimmins - I don't know about smaller sized, sorry), are well made, and are pretty inexpensive. If you do not need them right away and can get the cheap shipping these are sort of a no-brainer purchase.Hope this helps some of you. ;-)

Ordered a 2XL, Normally an L/XL. Barely got my arms in it! And it's sheer!
Not only was it at least 2 sizes too small, it is SHEER. you can see right through it. I bought a darker shade, and it was like I was wearing nothing. If you plan on buying these, go up at least 2 sizes, and start buying camisoles.

Really nice shirt, but sizing is deceptive...
Nice shirt but sizing is deceptive. According to the size chart I wear a 6X. Fits like a potato sack. Didn't return it, needed it immediately. I'm going to order a 2X next time, that's a size larger than my normal size, just in case. I like them roomy. Again, a nice shirt. Would get at least 4 stars except for the sizing

so it's fine. Good collar and very nice buttons
I purchased to wear under another long-sleeved top, so it's fine. Good collar and very nice buttons, the parts that will show when I wear. The color is also good, a pale soft pink--perfect. Size was accurate for my 5'5" 118# frame
