Great Monitor for FPV. Replace the antennas with helical antennas. Battery is not replaceable, but you can create a separate connectors for LiPos if you want to.

Not impressed at all....you would think this thing would come with a wall charger ...only thing its sent with is a cord to plug into a battery to charge it..and has to have a jst connection. Wouldn't of ordered it if I didn't know it came with that pos charger!

Mine arrived from China without the battery being charged. Unfortunately, the battery would NOT take a charge. At this point it is useless and I am trying to return it for a refund.

The media could not be loaded.  This monitor is an EXACT clone of the  Boscam RX-LCD5802 Monitor , but at a much lower price. This is a diversity receiver meaning that it will pull signal from both antennas and display whichever has the best signal (do a youtube search for a complete explanation of how it works).The first thing you'll want to do is upgrade the antennas. I would recommend the  Crazepony FPV 5.8G Circular Polarized Mushroom Antenna  AND  Jrelecs High Self recovery Function 5.8G 14db Aerial Panel Antenna . Between the two you'll get great reception at a great range under most circumstances.There's one other review at the moment that complains there's no wall charger included, this is the same as the Boscam and all other variants out there. If you don't already have a power supply from a battery charger to use you'll want to grab this power supply:  Andoer JST Male Plug Charging Adaptor for Boscam FPV RX-LCD5802 HD 5.8G 7" Monitor US Plug . It's only $8. I use a multi-volt external battery ( ECEEN® Laptop Power Bank, 16,000mAh ) and/or this solar charger  ECEEN® 26 Watts Foldable Solar Panel Power Kits Portable Solar Charger Bag (USB Port + 18V Dc Output) + 16K mAh Laptop Power Battery Pack for Smart Cell Phones, Notebooks, Laptops etc. Devices  to power/charge it (the solar charger includes the battery). Both of these are kind of expensive options compared to the wall charger, but they're SUPER versatile and useful, I find uses for them all the time.The only con is that the main listing image shows a full sunshade, the actual shade it has is built-in and smaller, just like the rest of the photos show. Hobbytree should update the main listing image. If you looking for more coverage from the sun I would recommend this:  FEELWORLD 7"Sunhood / Sunshade For 7" On Camera Field Monitor LILLIPUT 668gl/669gl/667gl by Koolertron , less than $8 and works like a charm.The screen protector that comes on this is kinda hard to remove, it's seems it was attached to the screen while in production and it's tucked under the plastic border around the screen. I used a knife at the corner to get it started. Once it's removed the screen is WAY less reflective and better suited for use in the sun.All-in-all I think this a great FPV monitor at a great price.
