Use mild detergent. Do not use softeners or bleach. Remove windcord and foam from crown pocket before washing. Reshape and air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Q: Does it pack flat and come back to shape?

It probably will with a little forming. I haven't packed mine flat so I don't know for sure.
