So far, so good. While the diagrams on the back of the box are hard to follow, previewing the videos make learning them easier.I have started doing the exercises and feel stronger already.I would highly recommend this tool as an easy way to get fit and stronger while having fun at the same time.

I just purchased this Pilates Bar over the weekend and it arrived this morning. Inside the sturdy box was a nice bag with the "Spirited Namaste" logo on it and inside the bag was the Bar, 3 different bands and various attachments for the feet and ankle. I started off using 1 of the bands to get warmed up and them added a 2nd band. There is a one pager inside the box that has various exercises you can try. There really are unlimited exercises that you can do. I did curls, tricep extensions, upright rows, squats, shoulder presses and leg presses. After finishing the exercises, I was very satisfied by the resistance level that the bands provided. I plan to incorporate this bar into my daily workouts as it is easy to use and will give your muscles a great workout.

I gave the bar and resistance bands a try this morning for the 1st time. Overall I am pleased with the overall size, resistance levels, and appearance. I had some trouble with attaching the resistance bands because I have an issue with my dominant thumb, so found it difficult to depress the buttons for release; not a design flaw, just more difficult at the moment.The included materials could provide a little more insight. I am not sure what two of the included pieces do or how to use them correctly. The only instructions included were for attaching the actual bands, not for how to use the additional included parts. I'm sure it isn't difficult, but 1st time user, so I would have loved additional instruction.I think these will work well for intended purpose, and overall am satisfied with the purchase.

The Spirited Namaste is a GREAT body bar! It really provides the opportunity for me to get a full-body workout in the safety and privacy of my home. The resistance is customizable as it comes with three levels of resistance. I like to add more resistance when I'm working on my lower body. I was able to do this effectively with this body bar. I also look forward to using this body bar when traveling as it is portable and easy to set up.

I decided to purchase to add to my at home workouts and have loved Pilates for years! This is a great simple set that gives me the resistance I needed! The price point is great and I’m impressed with the packaging too. Highly recommend!

A few papers to assemble would have been nice. I know how to use it but still.

I have done Pilates off and on for years. It's my favorite exercise. I really miss the tower classes. But, during the pandemic, those just aren't an option. This is easy to use and lets me replicate the tower experience at home. The streaming videos are easy to follow. Glad I found a straightforward and simple solution for pandemic fitness!

Though I ordered in January, yesterday was the day to start my new daily routine. Could NOT press in the button on one end to attached a band. When I finally could add enough pressure to get the button to release - the plastic BROKE! Never even got to use this. I spent over $40. on a portable pilates stick that is made terrible! First the button does not release, then when I nearly broke my thumb trying to get it to release - the plastic breaks!PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.Thank you.

This is very well made has good instruction, easy & quick assembly. A really nice carry bag. Exercise card. Well worth the price. Very impressed.

I couldn’t fit the bar together so couldn’t use the product. When I ordered it I failed to notice it was coming from the US.I read that the cost of the item could be reimbursed and postage might be reimbursed at the company discretion and reason for return.On finding out it was going to cost £27 to post, which is more than it’s value I decided not to return it as full reimbursement was not guaranteed.My hope is I can try and fix it so it’s safe to use. I will be more careful in future about checking the sources of product.

I would not recommend. The end cap broke the first time I tried to open it to add the bands. The bands are also already splitting from the top - very cheap and poor quality!!
