This was an instant classic! Music and acting were both above average, comparable to American movies. Losing 1 star for failure to offer Bluray/instant digital copy options. Quality content with outdated means for distribution

Favorite love story. My wife and I watch it every year on valentines day. It's a Prince and the Pauper type love story. The Prince is being targeted by disgruntled (Spoiler Block) and was injured. However the public can't know and the advisors get lucky that there's a hopeless romantic hero that looks identical to the Prince they convince to act in the Prince's stead. The Pauper discovers trouble within Prince family and seeks to correct it out of love. Chaos ensues! At least as much as any Rom-Com has.I love this movie because of it's message about love; not just romantic love but family love and though divided it can always be resolved if you learn to cast all selfishness aside and help those who have been injured the most. That sometimes people react in anger because they are sad and in pain.I'm sure there's a lot of Bollywood tropes and culture references, but I'm American and don't really understand them all. So if anyone wishes to enlighten me I would to chat.

DVD comes in suspect packaging - Had errors conducive to a bad copy not original - Couldn't watch the entire the movie. Processed a return.As for the movie itself - I saw this movie at the theaters - It is a great movie. a shame I couldn't watch again with the same pleasure.

This edition from ULTRA has problems. The menu chapters do not match the disc. The movie ended abruptly, halfway through. I sent it back and purchased from another vendor, with the same result. Perhaps it will play on some machines, but not my Sony. The movie itself is all glitz and no substance. Silly, predictable, preposterous...Salman has never been so horrible, and he plays a double role! He seems too old for the part. Still, the music and dance sequences are fun to watch by virtue of the costumes, music and choreography. Nitin Jr. scowls through the entire movie. The Kapoor girl is radiant. Watch the songs on You Tube.

Movie arrived on time and was in excellent quality.

Great Salman Khan movie! Makes you smile throughout. Heartfelt with grand scenes, beautiful imagery, and songs.
