Despite many messages, this company will not send me a pack of missing needles.After a number of messages where they told me that they had packed the needles and there was no offer of them sending the missing needles on to me. I left a one star review on their page. I have since been threatened by them that they will only send the needles if I remove the review.Amason have emailed them telling them that the review will remain if they do not send the needles. They have ignored this email, and also are now ignoring my messages asking for the needles.I am disappointed by their attitude and on reading another one star review where a product was returned but they never received a refund, I am too scared to ask for a refund as I do not trust I will receive my money back. I am disgusted by the way I have been dealt with by this company and will never buy from them again. When I messaged to say the needles were missing, a simple apology and notification that these would be forwarded to me would have sufficed. I am asking for something so simple. This company needs to realise that if they don't deliver the goods, they will get a poor review.
