Check if your pair was previously opened or used
The pair I received was obviously previously opened, and the interior packaging looks like it was done via third party (no manufacturer's logo stuff, which is standard fare for this brand). Also, the shoe had a small surface nick. More than likely these are returns being sold as "new"
