Q: Can I use this on permed hair?

I have never used it on permed hair, but I did use it on dyed hair and didn’t have any problems.

Q: How often can i do this? and also it smells amazing, is there another no frizz shampoo and conditioner that smells kind of like this?

I used mine every time I washed my hair.

Q: moroccan mend said to apply to hair - wet or dry??

Either. I've used it both ways & couldn't see where either technique worked better than the other. I usually use it when my hair is dry though. My hair is very very dry.
