Color is very disappointing. Makes me think it’s old.
I’m very disappointed regarding the color and appearance. My order was two jars sold together. One jar was pale yellow and the other jar was beige to brown in color. It was shown as a good bright yellow color online. I chose this brand for the color that was shown. I need it to be that color for my recipe. The brown color makes me think it’s old. I won’t buy this brand again.

Very Tasty
Wish it came in round jar. The square jar looks good but it's a little tough to get all of the lemony goodness out of the jar. Felt like I wasted some as it stuck in the upper corners.

I love this lemon curd from Trader Joe’s.
Rave reviews for Trader Joe’s Lemon Curd. Lots of flavor, very lemony. I use it for a quick pie when I need a dessert “NOW”. Try this - Use a baked pie shell. Mix the lemon curd with 1/2 pint of “whipped” cream and add to pie crust. Can decorate with fresh thinly sliced lemons and/or fresh whipped cream. Delicious.

I bought this when my sister and I were in Trader Joe's in Salt Lake City I was so excited when I discovered I could buy it on Amazon, this is absolutely the best lemon spread I have ever tasted in my life
