My physician recommended to use a rowing machine can be beneficial to help them in check and also this rowing machine is good aerobic work out from boosting my immune system to improve cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Especially I already have chronic health conditions. As a first starting out HouseFit rowing machine, I think how much space I have should determine whether I opt for a fixed or folding model. So it is important to check out that it will fit in my home. With special design, I can put this rowing machine in standing position for storage. For indoor use, it is more convenient.Full-body, low-compact work out:When I sit down at the rowing machine, muscles worked primarily include my back, my shoulders and the pulling muscles in my arms, along with my hip, thighs and even a bit of help from my calves as I push away from the foot platform. It is good idea to purchase a HouseFit rowing machine with a monitor that tracks speed, time, distance and calories burned to keep track of my progress.I am feeling so good that hopping on my rowing machine and so comfortable to use for work out routine.Consider your needs and your home when choosing a rowing machine. great small home rowing machine
straightforward to use, assembly was not difficult (the assembling itself was easy. the instructions were not the most clear, but it didn't take too long), and it is easy to prop up in the corner when not in use. wasn't expecting much from the display, but it's definitely not a lovely interface, so if you are trying to do very careful tracking of activity, you'll want to wear a monitor or rely on some other way of knowing exactly how hard the workout was. the foot slots are big- mens size 12E fits without problem, womens size 9 needs the straps pulled all the way to the tightest option, and womens size 5 slides around a bit without a prop.

Wish I could give a top review, but major design flaw
I really wish I could give this top marks in this review. There is so much that is really well done for a rowing machine at this price point, but a glaring design flaw leaves the machine at best half-usable and with the potential for users to injure themselves at higher rowing speeds. It is a shame because construction and general rowing action are very nice, but I would caution people to steer clearPros: As mentioned, most of my feedback is high praise. Easy construction (20 minutes with their tools, but use your own for comfort), Solid construction (I'm 200 lbs and it didn't rock or sheer), smooth magnetic resistance, comfortable seat.Neutral: As others have mentioned, foot holders are weirdly wide, and the velcro straps are mounted 'backwards' to force an inside (very tight space) clasp against the machine. However, I found that cinching them tight and low on the foot was fineCons: Design flaw is where they put the handle strap going in/out of the machine housing. Unfortunately it is mounted almost directly above the toes, maybe an inch or so back. Normally you would find the line/strap entering the housing 12"-18" further away from being even to the feet. The reason is when you are at the beginning of a stroke, your legs are compressed sufficiently that your hands (straight arms) are sticking upwards of 8"-12" past your toes. With the line/strap entrance in the housing so close you would smash the handle into the housing as you return to the starting position. You could bend your arms as you go in, but end up at nearly 45 degrees. Starting a new stroke like this is hard on the biceps, elbows, and takes away power required by your legs. Alternatively, if you don't compress your legs far enough to for you to bend your elbows, you're far enough away from fully compressing your legs that the result stroke is as effective as running with half steps.Unfortunately, there is no fix that can be applied. The construction, the ease, the operation - all top notch and something I'd normally recommend without hesitation. Sadly, the design issues can't be fixed - you either have to accept mis-training your arms by bending them at the start of a stroke or mis-training your legs by not compressing them completely at the beginning of the strokes.

Great value for the price
Got my rower this week on time, took about 30 minutes to put together. Instructions were okay, much better than some. I've used the rower 3 times since then and am very happy with the purchase. The unit is sturdy, very quiet and appears to be quality built. The simple display works for me, not wanting to subscribe to online rowing aps. I watch TV while I row and the time flies by. I feel I'm getting a good cardio workout, a great value for the price.

Excellent machine worth the money!!!
Excellent machine for the money, the only complaints that I had was that it does take some time to put together & it’s better if you have another person to help, also wish the seat was a little bit wider. Other than that I would highly recommend it!!!
