it takes a bit to get used to the operation
I panicked that it had stopped working a few times, but learned to hold the button down longer.I wear two behind-the-ear aids, and have very greasy ears. I needed a wireless method of getting the aids dried out every day. When I saw this, I was quite excited to get one. The first shipment I received was a totally different product - with an adhesive tag stuck on top indicating it was the product I ordered. (sigh) I returned that one and re-ordered. The right one arrived quickly. I love having it within easy reach of my bed, so I can pop the aids in, start the cycle and get on with life.

How long the product will last compared to the price.
The product description said it would not last as long as the same previous product.I don't know which description to believe.If it doesn't last as long, then the price is higher because it must be replaced sooner.

Inexpensive way to protect hearing aids.
My wife had been buying the complete container and dessicant bag sets when she ran out of bags. What a pleasure to find that I could buy just the bags. They work well, and are inexpensive.

It did not work at all.
Checked the batteries. Checked everything. It simply does not work. That does not bode well for a product that is will not work out of the box.
