Was very excited. Product shipped and arrived Christmas Eve which was about a week early. And I mean… look at the photo it looks amazing. Sits well. Girly says the seat back rest is comfortable. No complaints here. Install was pretty straight foreword. Wish the backrest holes were marked like the brackets were but that’s just cause I’m lazy.

I have never left a review, that is how impressed I am. This tour pack looks fantastic. It has a slight ding in a corner, but I’m assuming that’s from the FedEx driver body slamming it off of his truck. This item looks fantastic, fits great, and saved me over $500 with ease. Holds everything I need it too and my wife says the cushion is comfortable.

I purchased this product and what a piece of crap!! Buyer beware!!!!! They don’t tell you that the hardware is complete garbage and has to be replaced with harley hardware. Almost cause a accident with me and my wife when the docking hardware came lose and she almost fell off!!!! When contacting the seller they tell me they don’t have a warranty other then 30 days! Are you kidding me 30 day warranty! Never even heard of. I can’t believe that Amazon even allows this. Any product I have ever purchased and it would at least offer a minimum 1 year warranty.

...and you aren't paying much. Just be aware that you have to drill all the mounting holes for the mounting kit and the backrest, and you will need to purchase the inner mounting plate separately. They say easy installation so no instructions, and if the holes were drilled and it came with the inner mounting plate that would be true. As it is, just be aware that this isn't a complete kit and you'll need to be handy with tools. We'll see how it holds up.It took almost a month to get mine. They shipped me the mounts pretty quickly, but no actual trunk. When I contacted them they acted surprised that I wanted them to send that too. It took another two weeks, but I finally got it. In general, I've found SLMOTO to be hit and miss. Sometimes you get something good, sometimes not.
