Stephanie is a class act! Just simply reading this book is a huge benefit to me and my program. I learned a lot about my leadership style and huge takeaways to use with my staff to create a long lasting culture in my facility that will take my program to new heights. Her giving back and spending such time with us when she doesn’t have to really inspired me to find the time to pour into others as she has. Thank you so much. I’m better because of this book.

Honestly, I was very disappointed in this book. It could have been summed up in a blog post. Many of the ideas were either common sense or unrealistic in many centers. Perhaps the problems I have experienced in my career are vastly different from most others, but I found myself unable to relate to or connect with the strategies presented.

This was a very good book. If you are interested in the child care field, I would recommend this book.

I love this book!!! I bought one for myself as the director and the day I received it my assistant director tried taking it so I ordered her one as well! Stephanie’s thoughts and ideas are amazing! This book is packed full of great info and I would encourage this to any childcare manager!!
