Red and gold lights only showing gold no red lighting up! Not happy

Didn’t work and supplier unhelpful - returned
Power supply was faulty - a replacement power for our Christmas lights .. it was exactly the same as the one that came with the original lights but … IT DIDNT WORK !! I emailed the supplier in Surrey but they never replied so returned through Amazon - poor !!
