Best fitting boots I have ever worn. Very comfortable and felt broke in on the first ride. We will see how we'll they hold up and what the protection is like.

This makes my 3rd set of Alpinestars Tech 7s. Still have one pair that are 10 years old.Benefits of this mid-range bootcomfortlongevityreplaceable solesqualityprotection If you are new to riding or a seasoned vet I would look into the Tech 7. Most comfortable boot straight out of the box. That nice fit would lead you to believe that it isn't that much in the protection department. After owning these over the years I can say they are very safe. They provide just enough ankle rotational stability but not to much like some others. The toe box is small but still protective. The buckles are the easiest to use I believe.The only down fall I have had is the ankle pivot rivet failed on me with the last pair. Alpinestar will not repair them. I found a video online that shows a repair. That I did over 5 years ago and they are still going.

Bought this boot and love the feel and quality, but almost returned boots cause of obnoxious squeaking in both boot, and then found someone online talk about fixing that squeak in motocross boots, he said spread. Dupont dry chain lube between lower fasteners and TPU contacts. It dries fast and doesn't hurt boot. And the boots he was spraying were Alpinestars.

True Alpinestar is top notch. Be careful of knock offs! You pay what you get as always. I went for the tech 7 for keeping dry compared to the 10 that has more breathability but not so water resistant.

Fit true to size, good price.

These are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever had.If your last boots had a toe, these do not, so you’ll have to adjust some on your bike to get the shifting to feel normal
