We bought this cam last year and has been working quite efficiently. It has a cute design and the Android app also syncs quite well. There is no lag and the audio quality is also very good. Motion detection and night vision also is working great. Overall,a great buy.

Unreliable and slow!The initial impression of the camera is OK, with decent quality footage and a seemingly easy to navigate interface.However there are critical and unacceptable issues that render the camera pointless:1. App cannot be run in the background with audio only, so it must be active on the phone all the time. It means that my phone cannot be used for anything else. I bought a baby monitor to allow free up my attention for other things. But this kissing feature means, I lose my phone in exchange!2. EVERY NIGHT, and I mean every night in the past few weeks, the app undergoes maintenance and disables access to the camera!!?? I mean what is the point of a baby camera that cannot be used at night time??! Which clever engineer thought that would be a good idea?Thanks to the above, we have had multiple instances where our kids woke up crying but we didn't know until we physically went to check. What is the point of the camera then? An absolutely ridiculous product.

clear night time vision, sound quality also good

I love the clarity of the camera specially in the night time. Honestly I noticed that the camera visibility in dark is better than the naked eye. Since I got this baby cam, I let my baby nap in another room without getting disturbed by noises. I also love that I can talk to my baby through the baby cam in case I am in the kitchen also for doing some chore. Thank you Qubo

The media could not be loaded. I bought this product 2 months ago and I love it. Very easy to install and configure.You just need a good wifi network and plug point (preferably close to your baby's crib)There is an app which you will need to install from the app store and then you can start using the live cam. The video quality is good (adjustable for low and high as per your network usage), covers the whole room, has built in audio and mic use to talk back and the motion detection feature which gives a immediate notification on you phone is amazing.The audio is not 100% good. It picks up all the surrounding notices aswell. And for the baby cry detection you will have to pay extra and enable it if you want which will also give you option to use the cam on 3 different devices. You can also insert a micro SD to record the video as required.

Utterly useless piece. The very USP company flaunts is subscription based and they've not mentioned it in the product description. Their customer care whether it is whatsapp or over call, it is pathetic. Never expected this from Hero group!Camera quality: very good. Captures audio and video well. Sound quality is good BUT the baby (or pet) sound alert feature is a crap. Customer service they claim to have whatsapp no. And they don't respond. It looks like you're talking with a useless bot on the other side
