Q: What are the maximum dimentions of a phone that will fit into this case?

Maxes out at about 3.75" tall, 3.5" wide, .85" thick. The case was made to fit Samsung Galaxy Z Flip with or without a slim case. If you stray too far from intended use then magnetic closure may not align.

Q: How can I make the clip tighter, it slides off my belt?

For max stability, slide belt thru the rear sleeve. That will attach the case to you like a harness.

Q: I plan on buying the Galaxy Z Flip 5. Will this case fit that phone?

My phone is in an "Otter Thin Flex" case, and it just fits into case/pouch. I do not know about your Supcase, because it depends on the thickness of your model of Supcase.
