It goes through batteries too fast, starts dimming out after a couple hours of it being on. But you get what you pay for.

Didn’t meet my expectations… I thought it was LED and plugged in to existing light strands but it is battery powered and has a timer… the batteries only last a short period of time before being replaced and the timer is for a shorter period of time than I would like.

It is an okay topper. Nothing special, but gets the job done.

I settled for this as could not locate a star that would plug in to the string of lights. I guess I didn't read description well enough to find that it is 6 hours on and 18 hours off. I turned it on and the star looks very nice but only lasts for 6 hours apparently I have lights on tree on about 12 hours a day - so will c ontinue search for star not run on batteries.

This star didn’t come with a remote control. It doesn’t have a built in timer like advertised. It just stays on all the time. It also have an extremely short cord form the battery pack to the star, so you’ll have other have to leave it on all the time or turn it off/on with a ladder each time.

The attached come to put on tree did not fit my tree.

This star topper is beautiful. Very detailed design and looks perfectly with the theme of my tree. Silver glitter edges. Best part is that it’s battery powered and has a timer! I put batteries in, set it and forget it. It comes on at the same time every evening. Perfect!

I thought I wasn’t going to be a fan of the battery which I’m still kind of not, but it did hold up for the season better than I thought. It does have a timer switch to it so you can turn the timer on and the light will stay on for 4 to 6 hours I think and then it will turn off automatically so it worked out OK for us

I love it ! I was a little disappointed at first to discover it is battery operated. However the fact that it has a built in timer made up for that.
