I have not yet tried this paste but visually it looks great. What I really like about it is that it comes in a resealable jar so you don't have to use it all at once like the small cans you buy in the grocery store.

This my favorite Tomato Paste. As a chef I love the idea that it comes in a jar. I freeze it in between uses and place in in a small preserving jar when the contents get less and back in the freezer. I absolutely love the fresh taste of this paste, since I use it for many different kinds of food.
