Artisan 2-Piece Professional Baking Set with Half-Size Cookie Sheet Pan and Silicone Baking Mat with Red Border

I really like this cookie sheet with silcone mat set. My cookie sheet was old and beat up. What really bothered me was that when I would use it in the oven particularly the broiler, it would warp and pop up on one end. I thought that if I bought a better quality baking sheet that was very thick and heavy, it would do better. I was right. This baking sheet is very durable. It is pretty too. The mat helps to keep it that way. Since they are a set, they fit together wonderfully. They save you from scrubbing burnt on bits and pieces. The only issue I have is that the mats are not always the easiest to get residue off. You can't clean them in the dishwasher so you have to hand wash them and find a place to lay them out to dry. Then you can roll it up and put it away. I personally put it back on the baking/cookie sheet and put them both up in the cabinet.

A true wonder of Tec, This item is a marvel, say buy to the foil. Items just slide off this sheet. We will be getting more. The non stick and easy cleaning is a huge change in the kitchen. Clean up is very easy. A must have for every home. This is a good company to buy from. Make sure to check for non BPA, when looking at other company and matching items. This item is safe and works.

"1/2 size baking mat set, medium" for $11.85 is the 4th item on the pulldown list. (Their 1st item on the pulldown list "1/2 size pan and mat" is $24.99. The main difference I can tell is that the more expensive set has a mat that has measurement markings on it.)This $11.85 set is excellent value. The quality of the pan and mat are excellent. Works perfectly - I've baked very sticky cookies on it, regular cookies, and roasted eggplant (at 450F).

This was an impulse purchase for me but I am so glad I bought this quality item! I love finally having a good-sized, professional kind of baking sheet. The silicone mat is sturdy and washes clean easily. I will definitely use this pan often.

Updated 11/24/2015:Just wanted to update that since posting this review, they have updated the title of the product. When we ordered, it was listed as "Artisan Baking Sheet and Silicone Baking Mat - Set of 2 (Medium)". Now it is just listed as "Artisan Baking Sheet Non- Stick Baking Mat Set - Medium". So, good for them for updating the title.We have been using the set for the last several weeks for various baking items, and everything has been holding up very well. We are very pleased with the set. Haven't had any issues baking anything (hottest we've baked 425 degrees), nothing has stuck to the mat, no tarnishing of the pan.

If this baking sheet lasts as long as my professional baking sheets (20 years and counting), then I'll give these one more star. I just got them and the pan seems sturdy. I am an intermediate baker, and plan to use this sheet for baking rolls. I take pristine care of my baking sheets, never using them for roasting meats (I have separate ones for those, since the grease builds up). The mat looks just like a Silpat. It's a bit thinner, but I think this will do just fine. For making peanut brittle, Silpats are the best for non-stick. Considering I paid less than the price of a genuine Silpat and got a pan, too, I'm happy. The ONLY thing I want to emphasize is to believe the directions that comes with this pan-- DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER. My husband did this, and the pan is all tarnished now. Yes, he's in the dog house for it!

I ordered this 2 piece set and had it delivered to my D.I.L. for Christmas. The baking sheet wasn't included. She was so happy to receive the silicone mat I didn't want to ruin it for her so I didn't mention the sheet was missing. However, I am disappointed. They live in a different state so returning isn't an option.

These mats are a game changer. Nothing sticks to them. I love making cookies,biscuits and anything I’m worried is going to stick to the pan on these. You just pull the corner of the mat up and the cookies pop right off. It is a really great item to have in the kitchen for anyone who likes to bake/cook! Highly recommended!

This is great. I have only done simple things, but nothing has really stuck to the Silicone mat. Very easy to clean after. The aluminum pan is very sturdy as well. I will be buying more of these, so I can get rid of crappy "non-stick" pans.
