Premier Super G Kitchen Machine Mixer Grinder (Premier Mixie)

I don’t know how long the mixie will work.. But it worked for 4 years and still works only the jars lid are broken. One more jar still in use even I used to put the jars in dishwasher.. Still working

On receiving the delivery, we noticed that the mixie was already opened and simply packed inside a brown carton for delivery. We removed the small jar which is already fixed to the mixie and tried it put it back again but the grooves would not align. We thought it is a returned defective product and raised a cancellation request. We got a call from the seller in about 30 minutes to confirm with us what the issue was. We were explained that the seller tests for proper functioning before delivery which is why the product was looking like opened and used. We were asked to try out the other jars for any issue which when we did, we did not find any issue. Then we realized that the grooves are a little different than other mixies we are used to in that it has to go in one direction only. We realized the mistake and now have been happily using it for about 2 weeks. Thanks for prompt attention and proactive care in addressing the issue. Otherwise we would have been without the most needed appliance for a good week for no reason. Wishing the seller good luck with their business.

It is working well so for. It performs what it is supposed to.One of the jars (medium) had a problematic blade, that did not even move.I would have given 5 stars if the jar was good initially, with better quality control.I would have actually given 3 stars after the jr problem, but what made me feel better was the customer service provided. The lady responded well, understood the problem, provided good support. We sent her a video of the non working jar/blade. She immediately sent a replacement for it.One thing you should know is, use considerable quantity of items to grind. Otherwise, it is going to overflow, pushing the lid out. You would think its a problem with the lid, but its actually problem with the quantity. Also, jars do not come with clip, which i think is clear from the pictures.

I am writing this review after using the grinder almost for 3 months, and I am more than happy with my purchase.The motor base is well made with suction so it won't move when grinding. The 3 jars are well made with stainless steel and I tried both for wet and dry grinding and they are working very well. Tried batters, chutneys and powders. Dosa and Idli batters are done in soft fluffy in few minutes. Tried vada batter once but I still need to know the best way to make it. Any powders with pulses and grains can be done easily. Cleaning is super easy.The only con I find is, the lids are bit difficult to open some times but it also make sure not gets thrown up easily.Finally, I have to make a special mention of the customer service. They have a customer service based in NJ in case of repairs or parts to purchase. Before I purchase this grinder, I had few questions about it and they promptly replied which every one will do; but after the purchase, I got the excellent service answering each and every question. They read each and every review and follow up with every question.Overall, I am very satisfied and definitely recommend this grinder.

Bought this in 2019 and it is working like champ. We use this for preparing dosa, idli batters, chutneys and for grinding many things. Some of the mixer Parts got broken after 2.5yrs but we bought those in diamond trading website who sells the parts of this mixers.

Some things know. I searched a lot for good mixer. Finally wanted to try this. It is powerful and easy to use. Grinds finely any batter. Some issues I had were jar I had to clean 3 times to get rid of small amount of oil inside it (inbetween blades). It heats up quickly but as it grinds quickly we can adjust. Biggest jar is smaller than I expected but overall good. I really appreciate good products and I want more products to come to market. There aren't many good ones. I did contact seller they gave extended warranty

i do not dislike the product but I feel the quality of the plastic is so cheap it unraveled on me after couple of uses. I wanted buy replacement lid but it not avaliable

The rotor switch came dislodged in the package. The quality of plastic is not very good.Wen I insert the switch to the pin and rotate, the switch flies off.. Wonder if it is ok to stick the rotor switch with some adhesive?!I ground some masala in the small chutney jar and it did a pretty decent job.This is the second mixie I have ordered from Amazon. The first one came with a faulty electrical connection. so returned it. This one came with a broken switch.. I wonder if Amazon does a quality check on the products sold under their banner!!!16-Nov-2015 UpdateIn response to my review, the seller sent me a mixie speed knob that now fits snugly on the system.I am pleasantly surprised and happy that the seller is not just viewing the reviews, but is promptly taking corrective action even without being explicitly asked.I have notched up my star rating despite having to compromise on the quality of plastic because, the grinding is pretty decent. I have been using the grinder extensively since the time I received it and am very happy the way my chutneys, Idli and Vada batter comes out even without having to add much water.

Review as of 04-Jan-2021: (After Using the product for over an year):1. I had to replace the operating knob/switch as it broke. Appreciate that the dealer sent me replacement free of cost.2. The smallest jar (chutney) does not grind at all. Firstly the blades doesn't move much freely, applying oil doesn't help either, secondly the blades have lost sharpness, tried all possible suggestion from youtube, nothing helped so far. As a result chutneys must be made in either of the other two jars. This was highlighted to dealer, but because the product has a 1 year warranty, they couldn't help much. Usage is approx 2-3times a week.I have reduced my star ratings bcos this is a disappointment from a premium product. Having said this, the other two jars and the motors seems OK as of now.Earlier Review:Name says it all. I've always been a premier fan and this model never disappointed me. Shipping charge could have been less, but nevertheless the product is worth every penny. It saves a lot of weight and money than to ship it from India. Best thing is it comes with spare gasket and extra washers if necessary (What a thought by premier). Very good product for a very good price. Apt for all low, medium, heavy grinding. Also it never heats up.

Poor quality, plastic parts that break in 9 months, washers lose sealing capability in 6 months, power is not impressive.

Excellent, had a India version and wanted Canada compatible. Didn't disappoint. Got delivered faster than the time informed.

excellent quality of both steel and motor .Blades are very sturdy and do the job well . I ground garam masala using the smaller jar and it just took few seconds to ground the mixture to fine texture. Bigger once I mostly use for chutneys and shakes.
