My son is living in our motorhome during COVID. We live in Idaho where it is cold. It covers up to 400 square feet and keeps the motorhome warm and keeps the pipes from freezing. Like how it oscillates and has the remote feature. We also keep it running 24 hours and it is perfect. Would highly recommend.

I bought it for basement heat, but it didn't make it to the basement! It is in the livingroom

This heater does exactly what the details says. It heats large areas and the flame feature makes you feel even warmer. I gave this product 3 stars due to the arrival date. It took about a month for me to receive my heater. I requested a refund, but the company asked that I give it more days for arrival. The company tracked the package because the carrier did not update the website after supplying a second arrival date that was not met. This is a great heater, but hopefully you will not have to wait as long as I did to get it.

Honestly I was disappointed in the product. I bought a small cheap heater from walmart that does a much better job heating a room. I would spend money on a different heater. The fans don't blow well and the heater underperforms. I did like the faux fire feature.

Nice heater gets the job done

I strongly dislike this product because its small definitely from the picture and its hard to handle because the grip is short where its almost impossible to pick up. Portable is not the word I would use to describe this product.

1 has something loose, rattles when running, 2nd one works just fine. Very hard to get to shut off at certain temp. Otherwise works good, tip over sensor is very sensitive.

Cheaply built...... controls are confusing and very hard to use. The fan is not strong enough to really warm the room.
