First Book of Soprano Solos - Part III

Love this series; this book is no exception. Pages are clear and easy to read, songs are all at the same beginner level and there’s a good variety of types.

A staple in our solo and ensemble repertoire!

I purchased this book for use in my vocal lessons under my instructor's recommendation, and so far i'm really liking it. It has a great assortment of music with various different languages. All the songs that are in a different language also come with the english lyrics so you can perform either the original or english version. What i especially like are the CD's that come with the book, the CD's contain the piano accompaniment to the songs and it's extremely helpful for practicing at home. Definitely a good buy.

Great mix of music to sing

Not for beginners - there are some very challenging pieces in this book. The piano CD's are very good, which is helpful both for singing and for checking your own piano playing if you are an improver like me. Before buying check the content - this isn't for someone who wants to sing hits from films etc, it's more serious, but in a good way! I'm very pleased with it.

Diese Reihe Notenbücher sind sehr zu empfehlen. Besteht aus eine sehr gute Auswahl Gesangliteratur, allerdings selbstverständlich auch viele englische Lieder. Ich finde die Sammlung ist eine sehr willkommene Ergänzung zu was man sonst findet, die dazu gehörende CDs mit hervorragende Akkompagnements ein gutes Werkzeug für jeden angehende Sänger (Hobby od. Profi).
