PrymCrochet Hook G, Size G6/4mm, Rubber handle

Look, everyone has to figure out their own favorite crochet hook. I bought one each of three leading brands, and the Prym is definitely the one for me. I like that it’s not too heavy or too light. The shape doesn’t lock me into one hand position. The grippiness is enough without getting in the way. I thought I wanted a metal hook, but the plastic is working out fine. It feels very graceful as I use it. I’ve used it a lot already, and the product shows no sign of wear. The grippy part of the handle doesn’t pick up dirt. I went on to buy a set of these.

This is the best brand out there for hooks! Very comfortable in the hand!

Better than cheap hooks but nowhere near the quality or ease of use when compared to Clover or Tulip.

I saw this hook available through Target in a set. But hadn't been ready to commit to the purchase as yet. Then a YouTuber I follow happened to include them in a hook review she was doing and I said well let me try one. To Amazon I came. I purchased this Prym in a sz4 and few other brands and materials in the same size. I had done a swatch with each hook and this one was my favorite flow and ease of use with my mercerized cotton, weight 2, hook sz 3.5 recommended. My photo shows a linen stitch with two strands of cotton instead of one. I'm happy and the work is turning out beautifully!
