ZWILLINGPro 5.5" Hollow Edge Santoku Knife

Love, love, love this knife. I use it for almost everything in food prep. Very comfortable to hold (my hands aren't huge) Because of the ability to rock it makes chopping even fine leaves like herbs so much easier. Excellent tip for piercing and separating. Feels solid and well made. Also looks great hanging on the magnetic strip on my kitchen work area. Got the larger size too for bigger items. Expensive but so worth it! I waited for a sale, so it was a little better price.

I have found Henkel knives to be the best knives I have ever owned. I have 8-10 Henkel knives in my kitchen and if I could only keep one this would be the one. This is razor sharp even by Henkel's standards. The 5.5" length is just right for most mincing and chopping jobs and is pretty much my go to knife when prepping food for meals. It's almost "retired" a couple of my existing knives. It is extremely well balanced with a solid heft to it and the new angled style fits my hand perfectly. Also, it's an aesthetically very nice looking knife.

The blade is stiff and the steel seems good quality. It sharpened well. The handle is a little long and big for a blade this size. Overall a good kitchen knife.

Love this knife. Slices through tomatoes like butter.

Great addition to our knife set. I wish it was a little bigger but you can certainly order it that way.
