Most people could not care less about matches. I have RA. Have lost the ability to use any form of lighter.I strike matches "all day" every single day.I could go to Walmart and pay maybe half. They SUCK!Break before you touch them. Hard to strike.It's weird but they are so much easier and better that the others.Thank you so much for a great product.

Given the old "strike-anywhere" matches have become prohibitively expensive, these are at least a good replacement. They're thicker than their Diamond brand counterpart and they burn longer. As for the seller, they arrived in short order.

this is a revised review. My first said these matches were flimsy and hard to light. I developed a “touch” however, and found that if they are lightly struck on the side of the box they light right up. They don’t break when a light touch is used. They need to be used quickly, as they burn down pretty fast. Otherwise, they’re good. You won’t light a 40 candle birthday cake, but a 1 or two wick can be done.

I thought I had gotten a bad box and waited until I was well into the 2nd box before writing this review. These aren't matches. They look like matches; however, they are the most fragile matches I have ever seen. The heads snap off more often than is acceptable. If I was an arsonist, I would really be frustrated trying to get them to work. If I was in a situation where I needed a match to actually work, these would not be in my emergency kit because it takes 2-3 matches before one will actually burst into flames. I will never buy these matches because they are essentially useless and a waste of $$$.

These are the cheapest matches I have ever seen! The matches are all mixed up in the box, nit facing the same way, wood is inconsistent and splintery, and the sulfur chips off.However, they strike and create fire.

I bought these because these are my favorite matches in a box only I was wanting strike anywhere ones. When I was a little girl my grandma would keep these up high away from me because I would steal them and got caught trying to start my own little camp fire in the back yard but my dumb little sister wanted to light the match and burned some of her long beautiful hair then told on me when my mom saw it while brushing her hair out and I got in big trouble
