Never use metal baking sheets again !!
I do a lot of cooking and baking, so was curious about how these would be, I put in my order and they were delivered sooner than I thought they’d be which was wonderful. They arrived safely and rapidly and well packaged, the mats rolled out nicely - sturdy and yet very pliable. I used the pastry one first to make dough the measurements on the mat were very helpful - the are pleasing to the eye, took to the oven well even at top temperature 220*C they are totally non stick and yet non slip on the work surface - these really were worth the money
