Neoflam11" Ceramic Nonstick Square Grill Pan, Avocado Green

I just prepared my first batch of veggies in my new grill pan and am absolutely thrilled. This is an entirely new way of cooking for me, and the results are delicious! I love that the food does not steep in oils or juices. I am not much of a veggie lover, but I do appreciate good grilled veggies. Now I’m able to prepare them at home. This pan does not have to—and shouldn’t be—used at a high heat. I was surprised at how low I had the heat and yet had nice sizzling veggies with grill marks.

7/30/17 update - still have and no scratches and just as easy to clean. I get Home Chef deliveries and I use this pan often for the "grilled" meals. Still my favorite pan.I love my new pan! It's fantastic! Very easy to clean.Heats up very quickly for grilling/searing meats and vegetables. I receive meal kits from hellofresh.com and cook the majority of the meals in this pan and they come out looking very professional.Definitely not disappointed.

I must admit to not really being much of a grilled since I've never really had anything more than a hibachi a long time ago and camping with a grate to cook on in the bush. I've used cast iron stovetop grills that usually ended up being a mess to clean so over the years have stopped doing that bit of cookery in my home. This pan has gotten me back to grilling. It's a piece of cake to grill up veggies or fish and right now I'm doing up a 2lb batch of chicken wings with no problem at all. I got myself a bunch of the neoflam cookware and this pan was an extra. I'm going to get myself another one so that I can do up veggies and meat/fish/chicken at the same time for a bigger meal than cooking for just myself. This pan is big enough to do up enough food for two to three adults easily, so two of them should be fine for a dinner party. I love it and I'm grilling again. Clean up is a breeze, the oils basically wipe right off! I heat at a medium temperature as doing pancakes with no oil works at that temp on another flat pan with the same coating. Terriffic pan!

Love this pan! Meat, veggies all cook great. Very easy clean up. Not heavy like cast iron, still does the trick of grilling.

I love the shape and style of this grill pan, and the non-stick feature. But it doesn't sit completely flat, and it doesn't heat evenly.
