Massimo Gusto Food Service - Sunflower Oil - USDA Organic - High Oleic - 1 Gallon (128 FL OZ)

I love this oil, for everything. It's excellent in salads, on grinders, for frying sautéing, and baking, (like in brownies) as it will not smoke even at high temperatures. It has a super mild flavor, or no real flavor at all, so it's suitable for any application. I also will do half and half with butter, or half and half with olive oil when frying certain foods. The container is a real plus, also. It doesn't take up weird space like a regular round gallon container. Instead this container is sleek, slides easily into my pantry. Yup, all around my go to oil, and it's many health benefits, being made from Sunflower seeds. Love it!

I LIKE IT. BUT BOTTLE WAS LEAKING. I HAVE to find empty bottle and poor it in.

price is crazy

After having read that this oil was "High Oleic" and only positive reviews I (naively) assumed it would have rich flavor typical of unrefined sunflower oil. I was wrong, this oil is definitely refined as has light yellow color, practically has no flavor and does not have as high viscosity as unrefined one does.It also means it does not have as much oleic acid and other healthy nutrients.Since I already opened the bottle I will have to keep it but wanted to make others aware before they make the same mistake based on the "High Oleic" claim.On a positive note, however, it does not burn even during very high temp cooking.

This oil makes the best mayonnaise. It blends well and tastes great. Love the idea it is organic and it came in a gallon size. So glad we found it now we can avoid the GMO soy craze that is hurting people. Definitely buying again.

I buy sunflower seed oil because of its health benefits. I looked up this company and liked the way Massimo processes and produces cold-pressed oils. The taste of this oil is good and compares favorably to other excellent brands of sunflower seed oils I’ve used before.
