Vacuum Sealer Machine, 2020 New Automatic Food Sealer Air Sealing System for Food Savers, Led Indicator Lights/Easy to Clean/Two Sealing Modes/Compact Design

I normally don’t write reviews, however, after four months of using this product, it broke on me. I believe I purchased the warranty for this product, but now I have to scramble and figure out how to use it. I called Amazon for some help, the first customer service representative was very helpful and was helping me put through either a credit or a replacement, then however, we dropped, I called again and the next individual was not very helpful and said that I could not get a replacement, and called the insurance. Which I will do. Just annoyed getting two different sets of information. Do I recommend this product, it was an expensive, but what are used it for, it was fine. Going to try and get a replacement.

It worked well for a while. Bought this Nov 2020 for 35.00. I knew it would not last forever, but I thought I would get maybe 3 or more years out of it. It just would not get hot to seal the bags. I started having issues after about a year.

Any moisture at all in the seal and this does not work. I have to let it dry out over night and start the next day. I've tried this for wild game like ground venison. Once moisture hits the seal it won't keep suction. Most of my bags I thought were sealed in the freezer opened and let air in with a week.

The suction is great. The seal function is great. The problem is it is supposed to automatically recognize when complete vacuum is reached and seal the bag.. it doesn't. It just continuously vacuums and never stops. That's would be fine, but you can't manually tell it to seal. If you see it has reached complete vacuum and press the "seal" button, it just shuts down. Doesn't seal. Totally worthless. Maybe it was defective idk, but don't buy it.

I bought this sealer to replace another sealer (different brand) so I was frustrated. This sealer works great. Strong suction. I vacuum sealed about 30 items one after the other without any overheating problem. I recommended this to family members.

I don’t actually use this for food but to seal bubble wrap! I absolutely LOVE it! It works great for what I need 😊
