The only thing I don't like is my phone (Samsung S20 FE) it too tall to turn it vertical. Still works fine horizontal and functions as needed.

This doesn't work easy enough with bit bigger phones. I have a samsung 10+ and husband has iphone and it is not user friendly. You have to have it on its side. I'm a bit disappointed but that is my opinion. It may work for others but not very well for us.

The clips break very easily, i am having trouble replacing them. They are not sold separately. before the clips broke this was a great product. Now its no longer useful sadly

I have a 2017 jeep wrangler jk rubicon and it fits perfect on the dash

I thought this product was pretty good but it wouldn't fit my Iphone 12 pro in the vertical position and still allow the charging cord below it. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

Gave 3 stars due to having an iPhone 11 Pro Max. Well the phone isn’t wide enough to sit on the stand sideways and if you turn the stand up and down, I have to, it blocks the iPhone camera. Works great to hold secure on a trail but forget videoing and photos.

Installation was super easy, the base fit very well, with no scratch points, etc. The liner is rubber, not hard plastic, so it rests well and does not rattle. Once installed, everything looks stock. The top part, which holds the phone, is a bit of a challenge. The shape of it means it can only hold the phone on the top and bottom, it is too wide to hold from the sides. My 8Plus with minimal case was a very tight fit, meaning I needed to fully extend it, fighting the springs, to put my phone in and out. Once in, the way the holding legs protrude seems out of place, or made for something much thicker than a phone. From the advice below, I took a phone holder from one of my bicycle mounts that had the same sized ball connect and swapped it out. Now, I am able to get my phone in and out without struggle.TL;DR: buy this for the base, then swap out the phone holder part for a better fit.

Installation was a little "figure-it-out" but not that bad. Construction is okay....sturdily attaches to the dash and using Factory fittings. Definitely will not accommodate a longer/larger phone unless set to rotate/landscape. Still "Iffy" on the arms. Time will tell.

No instructions inside. Lots of parts which may or may not be important. Poor quality for the money

It's a nice phone holder, fit is nice. vibrates a little when travellingphone doesn't fit standing up while plugged in, the usb cable sticks out the bottom of the phone. can only use my phone turned sideways. Not a deal breaker that is how I intend to use it but would be nice to have the option for other apps that do not have landscape mode.another issue is the back plate doesn't need to be a square flat piece. it could be cut out to allow for fingerprint and camera use. again not a deal breaker. just with people who design these things actually tried to use them before selling them.

This thing is best!Also the instructions were the worst thing about it. It came with instructions about how to installed the base. Nothing that stated how to fit an XL phone. I have the basic Radio/CD/AUX in my jeep with no screen other then the small one that tells you what radio station or track number your on.So this is a huge help. I can put my iPhone 11 Max Pro in it, connect it to the AUX of the stereo to have hand free phone calls. It easy to adjust, I use my phone sideways with it so I can use GPS and Maps. Every thing in reach too and up by the window so you don't got to take your eyes off the road.

Very pleased with this, it fits the dash well and by using the longer cradle claws and orienting the cradle horizontally (which is the only sane way..lol) it easily accommodated my Samsung S9+ in its Spigen phone case. A plus-sized smartphone in this cradle goes an awfully long way to cheaply getting you a similar experience to one of those Android aftermarket touch screen stereo replacements. Install Android Auto or use the Google Assistant and you get a pretty slick interface in an old vehicle..
